In case of a parcel lost by post:
If a parcel lost on territory of Russia by Russian Post, our shop takes all responsibility for this.
If a parcel lost on territory of country of delivery, the responsibility is on a buyer.
Returns and exchanges
Jewelry is non-returnable product.
We make a returns only if there is a quality issue, although we do our best it not happen, and check each product before shipping. Please contact us not more then 2 days after you receive an item concerning your wish to make a return or exchange and a reason for that. Item must be returned within 1-3 working days of contacting us on return. The products must be returned in new condition. You must pay for any returns or exchanges shipping expense. Jewelry should be returned using a trackable shipping method. All product packaging must be returned with the item. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. In a case of return, you will get money back via PayPal after we receive back our product.
